Sunny Day Tunes

It's an absolutely gorgeous day in Saint Paul, Minnesota today, readers. So in honor of this beautiful weather, I'm sharing some of my Sunny Day Tunes with you.

My Sunny Day Tunes are the songs I listen to when I'm in a great (dare I say sunny?) mood. They're the songs I listen to when I'm driving down the interstate rocking out. The songs that have lyrics that match my mood, or the driving beat just keeps me amped up, or they remind me of good times with friends.

This is what I want to know, readers: What are your Sunny Day Tunes?

Finals are bringing me down...

So I'm going to rock out to my number one all time favorite song. Ever. Period.

No matter how stressed out I am, how sad, how angry, how anything I am, this song always makes me feel a little bit better...at least for 5 glorious hot-Axel-Rose-filled minutes. And sometimes that's all I need to be able to focus again.

So, lovely readers, I hope it does the same thing for you. And even if it doesn't, then rock out to you favorite song. Take a study break, take a break from writing that paper or working on the project for a couple minutes and just rock that shit out.
